Colander
You held your truth like a trophy on
stage of togetherness. I cached mine
in statements of the scholarly. Both
obliterated contrariness is another’s blague.
May all you do comes back to you is
intentioned as a compliment but it tears
into tropology. How to convey, one is
in prayer sans a spectacle?
Nugaciousness
Thumbprint of your breath on my pilose chest.
Haptic sensations with happy sentences outline
early drafts of our opus, never published. With
the onset of orexigenic ribs we move at a pace
which isn’t perspicacious. Wise to precipitation
leading to ruination isn’t palliative. Will the
backing of recollections balm us?
Slugfest with Sundowner
Jam-packed in six or nine identic boxes
on the boob tube, they mill the other sans
gloves. Verbal boxing grazes no-one or
their cousin. In this lives a trussed up part
of the populace. Lingual pugilist are on hire
for prime time: renumeration or réclame.
Thriver
Hedgerows on my heart stemmed
when breath needed the other. There
is contingency in uncultivation: love
blazons here, there and everywhere
Winnowing is a skill not many wow
you with. In regimentation there is rectitude. Bitted emotions sublimate.
